By virtue of the present petition, the petitioner seeks setting aside of the order dated 13.05.2025 passed by the Learned Judge, Family Court, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi vide H.M.A. Case No.564/2018 titled 8Yogender Singh v. Arti9.

Considering that the present petition arises out of a matrimonial dispute inter se the parties, this Court, without going into the merits, deems it appropriate to call upon the petitioner to file the documents, if not already filed, within a period of three days before the learned Trial Court as a last and final opportunity. Additionally, this Court also gives one last and final opportunity to the respondent for leading her evidence as also permits the learned counsel for the petitioner to cross examine the same before the learned Trial Court, on the date already fixed i.e. 30.08.2025.
