% 24.02.2016 The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent No. 2- Registrar of Trade marks to dispose of the Form TM-15 being trade mark application No. 1606126 filed by the petitioner in a time-bound manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that despite lapse of more than three years, respondent No. 2 has failed to pass an order on the Form TM-15 application of the petitioner. Keeping in view the limited relief sought, respondent No. 2 is directed to give reasons disposing of the petitioner's TM-15 application within a period of four weeks.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
