Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking divorce and when such divorce petition was entertained for the first time, the petitioner had also prayed for a direction to the concerned Telecom Authority for preservation of call records of respondent No.1 and respondent No.2.

The learned Trial Court has fixed up the matter for 03.09.2024 for consideration of such request.

The petitioner is aggrieved by such order.

According to the petitioner, the preservation is very essential as any delay might prejudice and frustrate his valuable rights as the preservation is only for a limited duration.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not press his present petition but merely requests that he be granted liberty to move application in this regard CM(M) 3113/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. before the learned Trial Court seeking early hearing with respect to his above request.

In view of the above, the petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh application seeking early hearing so that the aforesaid request made by the petitioner, seeking direction for preservation of CDR, is considered by the learned Trial Court and is disposed of in accordance with law. It is expected that such application would be moved by the petitioner within three days from today.

The present petition is dismissed as not pressed with the above liberty.
