Petitioner is plaintiff before the learned Trial Court. He had moved an application seeking injunction under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 CPC.

When the learned Trial Court took up the matter on 30.04.2022, it directed the parties to maintain status quo with respect to the suit property.

According to plaintiff, the defendant (respondent herein) has willfully disobeyed the above order and, therefore, plaintiff was compelled to file two separate applications before the learned Trial Court seeking initiation of contempt against him. 4.
The prayer in the present petition is merely to the effect that the learned Trial Court may be requested to take up the aforesaid applications and adjudicate those as expeditiously as possible. CM(M) 3114/2024 By:SONIA THAPLIYAL 18:15:05

The matter is now listed before the learned Trial Court on 14.08.2024.
