The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had not challenged the Order dated 07.05.2025 by which the petitioner‟s representation against his transfer had been dismissed by the Respondent during the pendency of the OA before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal. He seeks liberty to challenge that Order formally.

Without making any comment on the proposed challenge, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
