The present contempt petition under Sections 11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Section 151 of the CPC seeks following prayers:- "a. Hold each of the Contemnor guilty of contempt of court for willful disobedience of the Order 28.11.2022 passed by this Hon'ble Court in CS(COMM) 714/2021 and punish them in accordance with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

b. Costs of the present proceedings be awarded to the Petitioners; c. Pass such further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper to render justice to the Petitioner."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the respondent has since complied with the order dated 28.11.2022 and in view thereof does not wish to press the present petition.
