The only hindrance left in the execution of the Judgment/Decree is that the Judgment Debtor no.4, Mr.Devi Lal, who is in occupation of the Suit Property, that is, property bearing no.1171/12, Govind Puri, Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019, seeks time till 10.08.2024 to vacate the Suit Property. 2.

Mr.Devi Lal is present in person in Court. He undertakes that he shall vacate the Suit Property on or before 10.08.2024, and shall hand over the possession thereof to the Judgment Debtor no.2 Sh.Nanak Chand.

Mr.Devi Lal is made bound by the statement /undertaking made today before this Court. The Judgment Debtor no.4, Mr.Devi Lal, has also signed this Order as a token of acceptance of the same. With this impediment being removed, the only step that remains to be taken by the parties is the registration of the documents which have now been approved by the parties. The Judgment Debtor no.2/Sh.Nanak Chand shall make an appointment with the Registrar of Documents for registration of these documents within the next week.

The Decree Holders and the Judgment Debtors shall execute these documents before the Registrar on the scheduled date. On the said date, the Judgment Debtor no.2 shall, by way of separate demand drafts, pay an amount of Rs.28,57,143/- to each of the Decree Holders and the Judgment Debtors nos. 3 to 5. 6.

The Execution Petition is disposed of in the above terms. 7.

In case there is any difficulty in complying with the above, any of the parties may move an appropriate application in this regard before this Court.
