Pursuant to the orders of this Court, Respondent No. 6 is present in Court.

Mr. Dhingra, learned counsel for DoE and Respondent No. 6 i.e. the Manager of the School submit that insofar as the arrears of MACP are concerned, the same have been released to the Petitioner, which fact is acknowledged by the Petitioner, who is present in Court. Documents handed over by Mr. Dhingra, reflecting their position are taken on record. 3.
Insofar as LTC amounting to Rs.50,000/- and arrears of DA amounting to Rs.50,000/- are concerned, it is submitted, that the matter is 'under process' and the amounts shall be released within two weeks from today.

As far as the HRA claim of Rs.1,25,000/- is concerned, Petitioner shall submit another set of bills to the School. Upon verification, 5% contribution of the School shall be sent to the Directorate within two weeks and thereafter payment will be made to the Petitioner as per actual reimbursement, within two weeks.

The Court is satisfied that there is substantial compliance of the order passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the contempt is closed and Respondents are discharged. 7.
Other claims of the Petitioner, if any, will be examined while hearing the writ petition.
