The petition is for the following reliefs:

"a) Issue an appropriate order directing the Hon'ble Arbitral Tribunal for issuing a certified copy of Arbitration Award and complete Arbitral Proceedings, pleading records and/or;

b) enlarge the time period prescribed under Section 34 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for challenge of the award in view of facts and circumstances and/or;

c) Any other relief, order or direction this court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of this case." 2.

The copy of the Arbitration Award dated 04.03.2023 has been placed on record on 07.07.2025 by the Office of the respondent no.2/ Arbitral Tribunal.

The petitioner, therefore, shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law, if the same is permissible. 4.
