Learned counsel for the plaintiff also agrees that the Award may be set aside and remanded back to the same Arbitrator. 3.

In view of the submissions made, the Award is hereby set aside and is remanded back to the Arbitrator, Mr. Dharam Sheel, SE, Dir (Plg.) with the directions to pass a reasoned Award within three months. 4.
