Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, with liberty to approach the appropriate Civil Court, which would enable the petitioner to prove the factum of his marriage with Ms. Mariamma Thomas.

The writ petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
