CRL.M.C. 6050/2024 (u/S 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 r/w Article 227 of the Constitution of India) 3.

By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks direction to the Trial Court to adjudicate and dispose the Petition bearing No. MT Case 175/2022 titled Shilpi Vijay vs. Arnab Nag, under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking interim maintenance expeditiously in a time-bound manner.

The only grievance which has been agitated by way of present petition is that despite the aforesaid Petition under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 being filed in the year 2022, the same is being adjourned on technical reasons for one day to another day and even the interim maintenance sought in said Maintenance Petition under Section 125 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is yet to be disposed of even after a lapse of one and a half year.

Considering the grievance and also that the aforesaid Maintenance Petition was filed in the year 2022, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, South-East District, Saket, Court is hereby directed to dispose of the aforementioned interim Maintenance Application within two weeks. 7.
