This Petition has been preferred on behalf on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relies: "(i) issue an appropriate writ, order or direction thereby setting aside the impugned Memorandum/Charge Sheet dated 17.10.2022, issued by the respondent No.1/school, whereby the articles of charges were framed against the petitioner, and declare all the consequential proceedings pursuant to the Charge Sheet dated 17.10.2022 as illegal and void-abinitio; (ii) issue an appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing the respondent No. 4/DOE to take appropriate action against the respondent No.1/school, Mr. A. Raja Singh and Mrs. Arnita Singh on account of violating of the provisions of the Delhi School Education Act, 1973 as well as the Delhi School Education Rules, 1973;

It is evident from the prayer clause that the Petitioner is laying a challenge to the Charge Memorandum/Charge Sheet dated 17.10.2022. 3.

Mrs. Avnish Ahlawat, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents submits that a short affidavit has been filed bringing to the notice of this Court that the Charge Memorandum/Charge Sheet has since been withdrawn and an intimation to this effect has been sent to the Petitioner.

In view of this, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition, as the grievance of the Petitioner is redressed. 5.

The petition is disposed of along with pending applications.
