Learned APP for the State submits that the aforesaid order is revisable.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Sessions Court at the first instance.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending applications.
