This disposed-off matter is taken up today on office-note seeking rectification in order dated 6th August 2024, wherein incorrect FIR number and police station have been mentioned in para 6. 2.

On 6th August 2024, proceedings arising out of FIR No.105/2024 PS Dabri were quashed in view of settlement arrived at between the parties on 01st May, 2024 3.

Order dated 6th August 2024 stands modified to the extent that FIR details in para 6 shall read 'FIR no.105/2024 registered at PS Dabri'. 4.

Ordered accordingly.
