The present Appeal has been filed by the Appellant under Order XXI Rule 58 read with Order XLI and Section of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and Section 10 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966 seeking to challenge an order dated 05.05.2025 passed by Ld. Single Judge in Ex. Petition No.50/2022 captioned Tommorrowland Limited vs. NICCO UCO Alliance Credit Limited ['Impugned Order']. 2.

After some arguments, learned Counsel representing the Appellant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present Appeal with liberty to file an appropriate application for review of the Impugned Order passed by the learned Executing Court, particularly in view of the fact that the Appellant had filed written synopsis objecting to the jurisdiction of the learned Executing Court. 3.
