This application has been filed for necessary directions to UCO Bank, Karkardooma Courts Branch to release the enhanced deposited compensation with upto date accrued interest in favour of appellants, as per directions contained in judgment dated 06th December 2025, passed by this Court.

By the said judgment, compensation had been enhanced from Rs.7,78,782/- to Rs.17,75,551/- along with interest and directions for release were given in paragraphs 36 & 37 of the judgment. 3.

Mr. Manish Maini, counsel for appellants, states that the bank is not releasing the said amount, stating that they have not received a copy of the judgment of this Court.

Accordingly, Registry is directed to send a copy of judgment dated 06th December 2025, along with a copy of the today's order to UCO Bank, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
