By virtue of the present petition, petitioner in person seeks to challenge the impugned order dated 01.07.2024 passed by the learned ASJ-05, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi as also the earlier orders dated 02.12.2020 and 14.12.2020 passed by the learned M.M./ Mahila Court-02, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

After some arguments, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 3.

As such, the present petition alongwith the pending application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, this Court notes that since the present proceedings are arising out of matrimonial disputes inter se the parties as also is involving a minor daughter, learned JMFC is requested to make an endeavour to dispose of the present petition at the earliest, preferably before 31.03.2027, albeit, considering the current roster and board position.
