The present writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 06.07.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal in O. A. No. 4359/2017. Vide the impugned order, the learned Tribunal has allowed the original application preferred by the respondent by relying on its order passed in O.A. No. 753/2017 which was assailed before this Court by way of W.P. (C) 14937/2023. This writ petition has been dismissed today vide a separate order. 2.

In the light of the aforesaid, once the challenge to the order passed in O. A.
