% 15.04.2025 I.A. 9547/2025 (seeking correction of judgment dated 11th March, 2025) 1.

This application has been filed on behalf of the plaintiffs seeking modification of order dated 24th March, 2025. 2.

Counsel for the plaintiffs submits that a typographical error has crept in paragraph 34 of the judgment dated 11th March, 2025, wherein "prayer clause 77 (i) to (iii)" has been inadvertently mentioned as "prayer clause 30 (i) to (iii)".

I have perused the records.

The aforesaid error pointed out by counsel for the plaintiffs appears to be an inadvertent clerical error.

Accordingly, the judgment passed by this Court on 11th March, 2025 CS(COMM) 652/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 01/07/2025 at 11:15:43

stands corrected and shall read as under:

"34. In view of the foregoing analysis, a decree of permanent injunction is passed in favour of the plaintiffs and against the defendants no.1 and 2 in terms of prayer clauses 77 (i) to (iii) of the plaint." 6.

The application is disposed of.
