The present appeal has been filed under Section 21(4) of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 read with Section 43D(5) of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 seeking to set aside the Order dated 19.07.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge (NIA), Patiala House Courts, New Delhi in RC-29/2021/NIA/DLI titled, "NIA vs. Tariq Ahmad Dar & Ors."

Since the last rites and rituals of the brother of the appellant has already taken place, who had died on 14.07.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file fresh application before the learned Trial Court seeking interim bail for meeting his relatives.

The present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

Permission and liberty, as prayed for, in accordance with law, is granted.
