Mr. Krishan Kumar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that, further to the order dated 24.07.2025, the petitioner's dues have been settled with the respondent - Apex Public School ["School"], except for the balance payment of Rs. 5 lakhs, which is due to be paid by 30.09.2025.

Mr. Geoff L. Jonathan, who is the Chairman of the School, appears through video conferencing and undertakes that payment of the balance amount of Rs. 5 lakhs will be made well before the aforesaid date. The undertaking is taken on record, and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
