The learned counsel appearing for the respondents accept notice. 3.
The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the respondents be directed to allow the petitioners to peacefully carry on their vending activities from their vending sites described as 'Open space, Saket, Mandir Marg, nearby M Block Bus Stop, South Zone, Ward S-67, Delhi'.

The petitioners contend that they have participated in the survey conducted by the Town Vending Committee (hereafter the TVC) conducted in the year 2021 and have been issued the Certificates of Vending (hereafter the CoV). In terms of the said CoVs, the petitioners are required to carry on their vending activities from a fixed site for only thirty minutes or for such time as may be fixed by the TVC.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents have no objection if the petitioners carry on their vending activities at the given zone strictly in accordance with the terms of the CoV. 6.

petitioners submits that the orders to the said effect have also been passed by this Court in other similar petitions and request that a similar order be passed in the present petition as well.

In view of the above, we direct that the petitioners shall not be interdicted / disturbed from carrying on their vending activities from the given area.
The petitioners are also directed to carry on their vending activities strictly in accordance with the terms of the CoVs. 8.
