% 26.04.2016 The petitioner, inter alia, has assailed order dated 27.01.2016 passed by respondent Nos.4 and 5 whereby the application of the petitioner for approval of re-employment to the post of TGT(Natural Science) was not considered fit.

Mr.T.D. Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially the petitioner was appointed as TGT (Natural Science) with respondent Nos.4 and 5-school in the year 1989. The petitioner retired on 31.01.2016 on attaining the age of superannuation. The petitioner moved applications dated 16.09.2015 and 19.11.2015 for approval of re-employment, but the same has been dismissed without passing any reasoned order.

Mr.Shanker Raju, learned counsel for respondent Nos.4 and 5 enters appearance on advance notice and submits that the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 will pass a reasoned order within a period of four weeks after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Mr.T.D. Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with the aforesaid and submits that the petition may be disposed of. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of the present petition with the directions to respondent Nos.4 and 5 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2015 and 19.11.2015 within four weeks from today by passing a speaking order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the decision thereof shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.
