Mr. Abhinav, learned counsel appearing on behalf of RBI states that for the reasons stated in the petition and in view to do complete justice, the Banking Ombudsman, RBI ("Ombudsman") is ready and willing to reconsider its decision dated 22.09.2023 in first complaint, order dated 01.12.2023 in appeal and order dated 13.05.2024 in second complaint.

For the said reasons, the petition is allowed and the Ombudsman is directed to hear the representation of the petitioner and pass a speaking order on both the complaints.

Consequently, the impugned orders are set aside. Additionally, the prayer Nos. 2 and 3 shall also be considered and addressed by the Ombudsman.

The exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any case, not later than 6 weeks from today.
