The present petition filed under section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 impugns order dated 15th April, 2025 passed by the JMFC (NI Act)-01, South West, Dwarka in Ct. Case No. 8504/2020. 2.

Mr. Shivendra Singh, counsel for Petitioner, states that the Petitioner has withdrawn similar petitions being CRL. M.C. 4783/2025 and CRL. M.C. 4784/2025 on 21st July, 2025. Accordingly, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition as well.
