The instant petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter "BNSS") has been filed by the petitioner praying for quashing of FIR no. 202/2024 registered at Police Station Kishangarh on 26.07.2024, for offences punishable under Sections 354A/506/509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter "IPC") and and Section 354 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter "BNS"). 2.

The petitioners are present before this Court and have been identified by their counsel and the Investigating Officer, Police Station Kishangarh. Respondent 2 is also present in the Court and has been identified by her counsel and the Investigating Officer.

The brief facts of the case, the respondent no.2 was employed as Vice President Legal with Awfis Space Solutions Ltd (Formerly known as Awfis Space Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) vide offer letter dated 26.08.2023 and appointment letter dated 28.08.2023.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that the petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably and are now moving forward towards a peaceful future. 5.

On a query made by this Court, respondent no. 2 has categorically stated that she has entered into this compromise on his own free will and without any pressure. It is also stated by her that the entire dispute has been amicably settled between the parties.

Settlement agreement dated 01.07.2025 is on record and has been annexed as P-3. On the basis of this deed, respondent no. 2 has agreed to withdraw the case arising out of FIR no. 202/2024 registered at Police Station Kishangarh against the petitioners.

It is prayed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties that the instant FIR may be quashed on the basis of the compromise. 8.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 9.

Keeping in view the fact that the matter stands amicably been settled between the petitioners and the respondent no. 2 without any pressure, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the matter pending. 10.

Hence, in light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in Gian Singh vs. State of Punjab (2012) 10 SCC 303, FIR no. 202/2024 registered at Police Station Kishangarh on 26.07.2024, for offences punishable under Sections 354A/506/509 of the IPC and Section 354 of the BNS, and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed subject The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

to payment of costs of Rs.25,000/- to the CDCBA Members Welfare Fund, Account bearing No. 33640110020388 (IFSC Code: UCBA0003364) maintained with the UCO Bank, Rouse Avenue Court Complex, New Delhi payable by petitioner no. 1 and cost of Rs. 25,000/- with the Delhi Police Welfare Society payable by petitioner no. 2 within a period of four weeks from today. The receipts of payment are to be deposited with, and to be verified by, the concerned IO, who shall communicate its receipt or lack thereof to the registry.

The petitioner shall be bound down to the conditions specified above. 12.

With the above directions, the petition is disposed of along with pending application(s).

Copy of the order be sent to the Medical Superintendents of Safdarjung Hospital and Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital, as well as the concerned Trial Court for necessary information and compliance. 14.

The petition, along with pending applications, if any, stands disposed of.
