The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (now Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023) has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:

"i. Quash and set aside the proceedings arising of the complainant No. 7177/2018 pending before Ld. MM (NI Act04), South-East District, Saket Court, New Delhi filed under section 138 of NI Act, 1881 against the Petitioners. ii. Quash and set aside the order dated 15/09/2018 qua the Petitioners passed in complainant No. 7177 of 2018 by Ld. MM (NI Act-04), South-East District, Saket Court, New Delhi iii. Call for the records pertaining the complainant no. 7177 of 2018 filed under Section 138 of NI Act, 1881, pending before the Ld. MM (NI Act- 04), South-East District, Saket Court, New Delhi.

iv. Pass any other order that is deemed fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the matter is already settled between the parties before the learned Trial Court. Therefore, he prayed that the instant petition may be disposed of as nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter. 3.

Taking into consideration the above submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to dispose of the matter. 4.

Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of in view of the statement advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.
