Learned APP accepts notice and rightly points out that the offences alleged against the petitioners are compoundable offences. 3.
Learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the trial court. 4.
The petition as well as pending application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
