Petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 521/2023 of PS Sagarpur for offences under Section 323/341/34 IPC on the ground that complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioners. 2.

Learned APP accepts notice and rightly points out that the offences alleged against the petitioners are compoundable offences. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the trial court. 4.

The petition as well as pending application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
