% 22.11.2017 C.M. No.42351/2017 The present application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeks leave to withdraw the accompanying appeal on the ground that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement of all the outstanding disputes between them, in terms of the settlement agreement dated 16.11.2017, with the aid and assistance of the Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

The settlement agreement, which is appended to the present application as Annexure-P1 is taken on record leaving the parties to abide by their reciprocal obligations without demur.

The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. MAT.APP.(F.C.) 22/2016 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal, in terms of the settlement agreement dated 16.11.2017, entered into between the parties. MAT.APP.(F.C.) 22/2016
