Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petitioner died on 16.01.2022, and he has not received instructions from any of the heirs or legal representatives of the deceased petitioner to file an application for substitution on their behalf. He submits that the husband and only son of the petitioner predeceased her, and the petitioner had no other immediate family.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. 3.

Copy of the death certificate of the original petitioner is taken on record.
