Learned counsel for the respondent points out that against the order, of which compliance is sought in the present contempt proceedings, an appeal bearing number LPA 701/2023 has been filed. He further submits that the said appeal is now listed for hearing on 08th February, 2024.

Learned counsel for respondent has handed over a copy of the order rd dated 23 January, 2024 passed in the said appeal, wherein it has been stated that the parties shall seek an adjournment in the present case. 3.

In that view of the matter, since no orders can be passed by this Court in the present proceedings for the time being, the present petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the present proceedings, in case any grievance still survives.
