Ms. Chand Chopra, counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiffs, submits that in view of ongoing settlement between the parties, she has instructions to withdraw the present suit with a liberty to revive the same in the event the settlement talks are not successful. 2.

Accordingly, the present suit, along with pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 3.

In view of the above, the defendant no.1 is discharged from the undertaking filed on 11th January, 2023.
