In terms of the provisions under Section 23 of the Railway Claims Tribunal Act, 1987, the appeal is maintainable against the impugned order dated 01.09.2023. The Court, therefore, instead of entertaining the instant writ petition, grants liberty to the petitioners to challenge the said order in appeal under Section 23 of the aforesaid Act. 2.

Leaving all rights and contentions open in favour of the petitioners, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. 3.
