The present petition under Sections 10, 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, has filed seeking the following prayers: - "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon 'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow this Contempt Petition and a) Initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent for contempt of this Hon'ble Court with reference to the order dated 11/ 10/2023 passed by Hon'ble Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court in MAT.APP. (F.C) NO. 132/2020 against the respondent (contemnor) b) Award exemplary punishment to the respondent/ contemnor for deliberate and intentional non compliance of the orders and for willful and deliberate violation of the order of this Hon'ble Court; .

c) And /or pass any order/orders as deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
