Initiate apposite proceedings against the contemnor under section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 and punish him befittingly for his willful disobedience of this Hon'ble Court's direction contained in order dated: 27.08.2018 passed in Writ Petition [Civil] No.7612 of 2015. And b. Direct the contemnor to forthwith comply with the directions of this Hon'ble Court contained in order dated: 27.08.2018 passed in Writ Petition [Civil} No.7612 of 2015. And c. Grant any other further relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.
