% 23.07.2025 1.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the order passed by the learned Single Judge, dated 21.05.2025 in W.P. (C) 6935/2025, which is under challenge herein.

2.

The writ petition is filed by the appellant seeking a direction to the respondent no.2 to expedite the proceedings of some complaint case pending before it.

3.

Learned Single Judge while disposing of the writ petition has observed that it will not be possible for the Court to pass an order imposing a timeline for disposal of a complaint by the Commission. Learned Single Judge however has granted liberty to the petitioner to mention the matter before the said Commission and request for the expeditious disposal of the complaint. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 25/07/2025 at 12:07:15

4.

The learned Single Judge has also observed that if any such request is made, the Commission shall make an endeavor to accommodate the petitioner's request to the extent feasible.

5.

We do not see any illegality or any irregularity in the order passed by the learned Single Judge so as to interfere with the same. 6.

The Letters Patent Appeal is therefore dismissed.
