The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to respondent no.2 to extend time to comply with the Electrical Capacitor (Quality Control) Order, 2017 till the reports are submitted by Government approved laboratories (Central Power Research Institute and Electrical Research and Development Association). 2.

The controversy involved in the present petition is similar to the one involved in Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd. V. Union of India and Anr.: W.P.(C) 950/2018. The said petition has been disposed of by separate order passed today. For the reasons stated therein, no further orders are required

to be passed in this petition and the same is disposed of. The pending application is also disposed of.
