The bail application filed by the co-accused, Rajkumar, was dismissed by order dated 23.07.2024, giving him liberty to file a fresh application in case the trial does not conclude within a period of five to six months.

It was noted that the bail application filed by the coaccused, Rajkumar was dismissed by a coordinate Bench of this Court by a detailed order dated 13.12.2023.

In view of the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present application at this stage. 4.

The application is dismissed with liberty to file afresh in case the trial does not conclude within a period of five to six months, commencing from 23.07.2024.
