The learned counsel for petitioner submits that he has instruction to withdraw the application and, therefore, the anticipatory bail application be dismissed as withdrawn.

The learned counsel for complainant submits that applicant made false statement in his bail application in Para no.14 that he was ready to settle the matter with the complainant and, therefore, needed time to refund the entire settlement amount of the complainant. 3.

The order dated 20.09.2024 also reveals that petitioner has expressed his willingness to pay Rs. 23 Lakhs to the complainant but he has not paid a single penny to the complainant.
