In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, the suit is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge (West), Tis Hazari Court, Delhi. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 18th March, 2016.

As there is no appearance on behalf of the parties or their counsel, the Registry to issue the Court notice, without process fee, to the parties as well as their counsel for the next date for their appearance before the Transferee Court.
