The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without prejudice to his contentions that the proceedings under Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 had been erroneously initiated since the petitioner was no longer residing at the address where the summons were issued, he will take all the arguments before the learned Trial Court. He seeks to withdraw the present petition.
