The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that the RTI application dated 16.06.2025 preferred by the petitioner seeking certain information has not yet been responded to.

Admittedly, the petitioner has approached the First Appellate Authority consequent to denial of the requisite information. The said appeal is pending.

Considering the circumstances, the First Appellate Authority which is seized of the appeal filed by the petitioner, is requested to bestow its urgent consideration to the same and decide the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 10 days from today, and in any event within the statutorily prescribed period.

The petition is disposed of in above terms.
