The present petition is filed praying that the respondent be directed to carry out the investigation in a fair and expeditious manner in FIR No. 165/2021 dated 01.04.2021, registered at Police Station Bhajan Pura, for offences under Sections 448/380/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 4.

fairness and an appropriate report would be filed as expeditiously as possible.

He submits that certain original documents which have been produced during the investigation need to be verified from various parties which is taking some time. He submits that he is hopeful that the investigation would be completed within a period of four to five months.

In view of the above, no order is required to be passed at this stage.

Needless to state that the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps in case any grievance remains. 8.
