Pursuant to order dated 23.07.2025, the Government of India Ministry of and Broadcasting has issued following directions: "The undersigned is directed to refer to the Order dated 23.07.2025 of Hon'ble High Court of Delhi passed in Writ Petition (Civil No. 10534/2025 - Master Hemaang Goel Vs Union of India and Ors. and a list of the impugned articles/broadcasts (copy enclosed).

2. The Hon'ble Court vide aforementioned Order has directed to remove all news articles, media broadcasts and digital publications news detailing the identity or personal information of the petitioner and his family members.

3. Accordingly, you are directed to take appropriate action for compliance of the aforementioned Order, and submit the action taken to the Ministry within 3 days of the issue of this communication.

4. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority." 2.
