% 10.04.2017 The learned Additional Standing Counsel for respondent/State submits that supplementary charge-sheet was filed on 1st March, 2017, and, therefore, the investigation against the petitioner insofar as the allegations initially set out in the FIR are concerned has been completed, though some further complaint of another victim has also come up which is also being probed in the further investigation into the same FIR respecting which the police intend to file another supplementary report. In this view, the counsel for the petitioner submits he would not press this petition at this stage as he would now press before the trial court for question of charge on the existing material to be considered.

The petition is dismissed as not pressed.
