At the very outset, this Court has been informed about the order dated 15.01.2026 passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Anuj Bairathi & Anr. vs. Union of India & Ors. in W.P.(CRL) No.116/2024, whereby the Hon'ble Supreme Court has directed that all the pending proceedings in FIR No.90/2023, Sector-65, Gurgaon; FIR No.45/2024, Cyber Crime South, Gurgaon; and FIR No.270/2023, Delhi Crime Branch stand transferred to be tried alongwith FIR No.239/2023 which is pending at Sanganer, Police Station, Jaipur. 2.

The present petition seeks quashing of FIR No.270/2023. 3.

In view of the abovesaid order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, since the investigation has been transferred to State of Rajasthan, the present petition is disposed of, as having become infructuous. 4.

Needless to emphasize, the petitioner is always at liberty to file similar kind of petition, if so advised, before jurisdictional High Court. 5.

Pending applications also stand disposed of.
