By way of present application, the petitioner seeks modification of condition No. 5(a) imposed in the order dated 17.08.2024 vide which he was directed to be released on regular bail.

Applicant/petitioner claims that he has turned approver for the prosecution and has also been subsequently examined where he has supported the prosecution case, and the same was taken into account in the the aforesaid order which came to be passed. It is further submitted that applicant is a resident of Bihar and his presence is not required on each and every date before the Trial Court.
