% 02.03.2020 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11(6)(b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an Arbitrator.

Learned counsel for the parties agree for appointment of Justice Allah Raham, a Retired Judge of High Court of Judicature at Allahabad as Arbitrator.

Noting the said submission, this Court appoints Justice Allah Raham as learned Arbitrator. Learned counsel for the parties state that the learned Arbitrator shall be at liberty to evolve a procedure in consultation with the parties. They also states that the fee of the learned Arbitrator shall be regulated by the Fourth Schedule of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Taking their statement on record, the petition is disposed of. Parties shall be at liberty to appear before the learned Arbitrator by taking a prior appointment on Mobile Nos. 9999011520 / 8601837678. Dasti.
