Ms. Pooja Garg, i.e. defendant no. 2 has joined the proceedings through VC link and is identified by her counsel, Mr. Sameer Sidhar. 3.
Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that parties to this suit have amicably resolved their disputes and this fact has also been recorded in order dated 20.12.2024 passed in CS(OS) 478/2022.

He states that in view of the amicable settlement of the disputes, the plaintiff herein seeks liberty to withdraw this suit as all her claims stands satisfied.
